What does J & A Globalmet do?
J & A Globalmet LLP is a supplier of non-ferrous castings based in Pune, India. Since 2009 we have manufactured aluminium, zinc, brass, gunmetal and bronze castings to customer drawings for OEMs in machinery, instrumentation, motors, electrical, pumps, locks, piping, packaging and pressure-vessel applications.
Which casting processes and alloys do you offer?
We offer pressure die casting, gravity die casting and sand casting. Typical alloys include aluminium LM6, LM24, LM25, LM4, AlSi9Cu3 and ADC12; zinc ZAMAK 5; gunmetal Rg5, Rg7 and LG4; and nickel aluminium bronze (AB2).
Do you supply small quantities?
Yes. Supplying non-ferrous castings in smaller quantities is one of our most popular services, alongside regular series orders.
Do you export to Europe?
Yes. We supply customers internationally, including across Europe, and take care of logistics and customs clearance so that you simply receive your goods.
What size and weight of parts can you cast?
Parts we have made range from about 40 g (a hand wheel) up to 45 kg (a gunmetal sleeve). Everything is made to the customer's drawing — send us yours and we will confirm feasibility.
